A transition spacer between the furnace and your coil reduces static pressure significantly (~0.09") and should be used on all installs to reduce wear on the motor. Adjust-A-Stand can be installed on any commercial or residential building that needs to have any pipe securely fastened. Common on flat-roof applications where the pipe stands need to sit on top of the waterproof roof material and keep the pipes out of water, snow, and out of the way of the building itself.
Any pipe that has a clamp that fits 1.5″ mounts.
Gas pipe, electrical conduit, PVC, steel pipes are all commonly used. Large-sized pipe 6-12″ can easily be attached.
In most cases, the weight of the pipes attached to the stands will be very strong. If needed heavy materials such as concrete blocks can be placed in between the triangle stand upright section. Rubber pads can be added to the bottom for scruff protection in sensitive applications. Lastly, these can always be fastened to the roof using your fastener of choice and drilling pilot holes into the base stand.
Electricians and Solar Installers extensively use our products to run conduit. Plumbers use this to run gas lines and exterior drains.
